      ROGER Le Scrope  -3 Dec 1403, bur Easby).    The testament of "Ricus L escrop Dns de Bolton", dated 2 Aug 1401, bequeathes property to "Roger o filio meo… et heredi… Stephano Lescrop filio meo… Isabelle… filie me e… Margarete filie mee uxori Rogeri Lescrop filii mei… Milicente… fili e mee… domino Stephano Lescrop consanguineo meo… domino Archiepo Ebor … filio meo… domino Henrico Lescrop consanguineo meo… domino Henri Fit z Hugh consanguineo meo…"[1263].   Lord Scrope  (of Bolton).  The wil l of "Roger Scrope Lord of Bolton", dated 23 Sep 1403, chose burial “i n the abbey of St Agatha near Richmond”, bequeathed property to “Richa rd my son and heir...and in case Richard the son of Richard Lord Gre y of Wilton and Shurland shall not consummate the marriage between Mau d my daughter and him when he shall attain the age of 14 years...”[126 4].   m  (before 23 Nov 1385) as her first husband, MARGARET Tibetot , daughter of ROBERT Tibetot Lord Tibetot & his wife Margaret Deincour t -[13 Apr/14 May] 1431).    The testament of "Ricus Lescrop Dns de Bo lton", dated 2 Aug 1401, bequeathes property to "Rogero filio meo… e t heredi… Stephano Lescrop filio meo… Isabelle… filie mee… Margarete f ilie mee uxori Rogeri Lescrop filii mei… Milicente… filie mee… domin o Stephano Lescrop consanguineo meo… domino Archiepo Ebor… filio meo … domino Henrico Lescrop consanguineo meo… domino Henri Fitz Hugh cons anguineo meo…"[1265].    She married secondly [1405/06]) John Niandser   [Nixandser].  The will of "Lady Margaret Scrope wife of Sir Roger L e Scrope Knight and daughter of Robert Lord Tiptoft", dated 13 Apr 143 1, proved 14 May 1431, chose burial “in the church of the Holy Trinity , Christ Church, London”, and appointed “Thomas Scrope my son and Gu y Fairfax” as executors[1266].    Roger & his wife had three children.
