    • HEINRICH  "der Grausame" (1208-3 Jan 1228, bur Klosterneubur g).  The Annales Mellicenses  name "Heinricus filius Liupoldi du cis" when recording his marriage[310].  The Continuatio Scotorum   in 1227 records the death of "Heinricus iuvenis dux, filius duc is Liupoldi II"[311]; the Continuatio Sancrucensis  confirming th e date as 1228[312].  The Continuatio Zwetlensis  names him "Hen rici de Medlico" when recording his daughter's marriage wit h "Henricus marchio de Paden"[313].  The Auctarium Sancruce nserecords that "Heinricus dux de Medlico" was buried in &qu ot;Sancte Crucis" with his wife "Reiza"[314].  The nec rology of Melk records the death "II Non Jan" of "Hainr icus fil Liupoldi ducis"[315].  The necrology of Kloster Neubur g records the death "VI Kal Jan" of "Heinricus Liupold i ducis Austrie fil"[316]; although this date is inconsistent wit h other records.   m  (Nü rnberg 20 Nov 1225) as her first husband, AG NES von Thü ringen; daughter of HERMANN I Landgraf of Thuringia & hi s second wife Sophie von Wittelsbach ([1204]-24 Feb before 1244, bur H eiligenkreuz).  The Annales Mellicenses  in 1226 record the marriag e of "Heinricus filius Liupoldi ducis" and "Agnetem fil iam langravii de Duringia"[317].  The Cronica Reinhardsbrunnensi s  names "Agnes" as second daughter of "Hermannus" ; & his second wife, specifying that she married "ducis Austrie&q uot;[318].  She married secondly as his second wife, Albrecht I Duk e of Saxony.  The necrology of Heiligenkreuz records the death " VI Kal Mar" of "ducissa Richardis sor Ludovici Thuringiæ la ntgravii mariti s Elizabethæ; ux Henrici… quinti cognomento Crudelis&q uot; and her burial "in capitulo no", specifying that her hu sband was last of the line and that their child was named Gertrud[319] .  Although the other details are correct, the name "Richardis&q uot; is a mistake for "Agnes", resulting from confusion wit h the wife of Heinrich Duke of Mö dling, paternal uncle of Duke Heinri ch "der Grausame".  Duke Heinrich & his wife had one child,
