The following is my transcription of the last Will and Testament of Nathan B. Jaquish, great granduncle of our children, Erin and Stuart.

The last Will and Testament of Nathan B. Jaquish.
Proved & recorded August 25, 1837.
I Nathan B. Jaquish of the town of Kortright County of Delaware and state of New York do make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form following. ???
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mariah Jaquish one third part of all my real and personal property after all my legal debts and financial charges are paid and the remainder of all my property real and personal I give and bequeath to my four sones ??? Nilson, Perry Hiram and Jeremiah Jaquish to be equally divided between them, each one to have an equal share – and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my dear beloved wife Executrix and Obediah W. Monger Executor, of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator Nathan B. Jaquish as for his last will and testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator.
To facilitate and make easy the settlement of my estate and the payment of my debts I do hereby authorize and direct that my real Estate sold if thought necessary
